Simple and refreshing, Ranch Water is perfect for hot weather. This is probably why it is so popular in Texas, but it is gaining traction elsewhere.
Ranch Water is easy to make and is a great alternative to something more complex or sweet. Paired with Mesquite smoke adds a campfire element to your senses.
It's a Texas thing, so yes, it IS best served in a Mason jar.
Smoked Ranch Water
What You Need
- Savor the Smoke Cocktail Smoker with wood chips or pellets (Mesquite is an awesome pairing for this drink)
- Mason Jar or similar glass
- Topo Chico sparkling water
- Tequila
- Lime juice
- Lime for garnish
Steps
- Using your Savor the Smoke Cocktail Smoker, smoke your highball glass with a wood chip or pellet of your choice
- Add 2 oz of tequila
- Add ice
- Add the juice of half a lime
- Top with Topo Chico or sparkling water
- Garnish with lime and gently stir
- Enjoy
